6 ways to live a healthier life

1. Eat Right


Eating more whole plant foods help you repair and regenerate from the inside out. Cutting out processed foods and drinking at least half you body weight in ounces each day are some other things to consider.

Make this your lifestyle. Consistency is best. Once, twice, or three times a week. Just get out there and start doing something, even if it means walking for 30 minutes everyday.
