Year of Transition

I have a few friends that like to choose a word for the year and even though I love this idea, I've never really put much thought into it for me. This year, though, I have this excitement and anxiousness churning inside and I feel like a caterpillar in a cocoon ready to become the butterfly. With that being said, I have my first chosen word of the year ever.

T R A N S I T I O N

I know that our world is changing too. People are hurting: physically, mentally and financially. I believe that with our own personal mindset, we can l grow, thrive and achieve our goals despite our environment AND help those who need us in the process.
